The article discusses the essence of the norm on the protection of the rights of victims of offenses enshrined in the new edition of the Constitution, the features of applying this constitutional principle within the framework of administrative law, criminal and criminal procedure law, and puts forward proposals for improving the mechanism for guaranteeing the rights of victims.
