Abstract

This article discusses the crimes of dissemination of extremist ideas on the Internet, the judicial investigation practice of these crimes. It also analyzes the problems of collecting evidence in these criminal cases, contradictions in some norms, and some shortcomings in criminal procedural legislation. It also provides proposals and recommendations for introducing amendments and additions to criminal procedural legislation, as well as for their application in judicial investigation practice.
