SCIENTIFIC AND THEORETICAL ANALYSIS OF THE LEGAL FOUNDATIONS FOR CRIME PREVENTION

The article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the legal foundations for crime prevention. The article also emphasizes the need to improve the system of legal foundations for crime prevention and further develop its content and mechanisms. It addresses current issues aimed at enhancing legal mechanisms in the field of crime prevention in both research and practice.
