Adolescence is a sensitive stage of human development marked by extensive biological, psychological, and social changes. Persistent exposure to stress and depressive symptoms during this period can substantially increase the risk of mental and physical health issues. Globally, adolescent stress and depression are recognized as significant public health concerns, potentially leading to long-term adverse outcomes if not addressed promptly.
